“Your work takes up a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do good work is to love what you do. If you have not found it, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all things of the heart, you’ll know it when you find it. Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. If It’s Print Worthy, It’s Worth Printing On The Epson Surecolor P400
This quote from Steve Jobs, as well as the support of family, friends and loyal followers over the years, is what inspired me to create this new website dedicated to photography. There are many sites with photos. Many are good; in fact, many were created and run by my friends. That’s probably what I love most about photography. You have made many friends who, above all, share the love and passion for photography in many ways.
Done around a dinner table with friends. This site is about the photography community, a place where young and old can share their stories, learn about the art and craft of photography, and understand what it takes to improve their vision.
Publish articles about photography and see the different types of cameras we use to take photos, from smartphones to medium format systems. We will explore different options for processing your images and focus on the art of printing. I always feel that the process of making a photograph is not complete until I can hold it in my hands. Additionally, color profiles, papers and printer types will be reviewed.
One of the most interesting parts of the new site is building a community with photographer profile pages. This is a place where you can share your images with other readers and see what others have done with theirs. There is also a forum where you can ask questions and share your knowledge, further developing a sense of community.
